In 2018 Simon set himself the challenge of taking a photograph every day for a year and posting it on Instagram the same day.

The idea stemmed from years of creative frustration and as a response in moving to live full time in the stunning location of North Pembrokeshire.

​

As a successful Head of Fine Art and Photography in secondary education, with over 30 years experience, the need to produce his own work and the lack of time to do so, led to life changing decisions. 

​

Being able to immerse himself creatively and once again find his own voice through photography was liberating.

​

2018 - 365 is a collection of images highlighting a personal experience of exploration and creative self expression.

Seeing through 'new eyes" and recording each day, Simon captures a year in pictures to be shared with everyone.
